The ACC needs to get this Channel off the ground.

Then we can decide what to do next if anything. We have some market holes in the East in Connecticut, New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Maryland. There also may be more potential in the Florida Region, and of course West Virginia.

Once this network comes online we'll be able to see whether we could make it more successful by getting it access in a new market or not. What the providers tell ESPN during the negotiations will be valuable information.
